Rough Set theory has proved to be an adequate technique in imperfect data analysis, which has found interesting extensions and various applications. It can be regarded as complementary to other theories that deal with imperfect knowledge, such as Bayesian inference or fuzzy sets. The paper presents some Rough Set Theory applications in electrical power engineering.
